BLOOMING FREEDOM KIDS’ SUMMER CAMP LIABILITY WAIVER AND AGREEMENT
This Liability Waiver and Agreement is made between the “Guardian” and “Blooming Freedom Summer Camp” By signing below, the Guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I, the undersigned Guardian, understand and acknowledge that participation in summer camp activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, accidents, and other unforeseen events. These activities include, but are not limited to, sports, arts and crafts, gardening, outdoor games, sun exposure, anything on premises of Blooming Freedom.
2. Assumption of Risk
By signing this Agreement, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in Blooming Freedom Kids’ Summer Camp activities. I release and hold harmless the Camp, its employees, volunteers, officers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising from any injury or damage to my child or their property during the camp’s activities.
3. Health and Medical Emergency
I confirm that my child is in good health and physically capable of participating in the camp’s activities. In case of an emergency, I authorize the Camp’s staff to administer first aid and seek medical treatment if necessary. I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
4. Photo and Media Release
I give permission for the Camp to use photographs, videos, or other media containing images or likenesses of my child for promotional or educational purposes. If I do not wish to grant this permission, I will notify the Camp in writing prior to the start of the camp.
5. Camp Rules and Conduct
I acknowledge that my child will be expected to comply with all camp rules and regulations. I understand that the Camp reserves the right to remove any child from camp for behavior that disrupts the program or poses a safety risk to themselves or others. No refunds will be issued for children removed due to misconduct.
6. Liability Release
In consideration of my child’s participation in the Camp’s activities, I hereby release the Camp, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses arising from my child’s participation in the camp, including but not limited to any injury, illness, or damage to personal property.
7. Parental Responsibility
I agree to ensure that my child arrives at the camp in good physical and emotional condition, and that I will inform the Camp of any changes to their health, behavior, or emergency contact information during the camp’s duration. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure the safety and wellbeing of my child.
8. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blooming Freedom Summer Camp and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions brought forth by third parties as a result of my child’s participation in the camp activities.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the camp is located.
10. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall continue in full force and effect.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver and Agreement.
A one time registration fee of $400(per week) is due at time of submitting this application.
Please be aware that this is non transferable - non refundable.
It is imperative to note that if your child has any allergies we strongly recommend against our camp as we are in a garden center around plants and outside in nature.

This is a drop-off only camp - a light snack and water will be provided.

Please pack a water bottle, one additional snack, and a packed lunch. We strongly encourage a hat and sunscreen as well as sending in one additional change of clothes. Closed toed shoes are required.
